Fujitsu Enterprise Postgres Center of Excellence embraces Scaled Agile
The Fujitsu Enterprise Postgres Center of Excellence team participated in another first for Fujitsu Global, attending the SAFe Advanced Facilitator: Value Stream Mapping course.
This exciting development marks the beginning of our journey towards adopting Scaled Agile practices, promising to significantly enhance the efficiency and value we deliver to our customers. Scaled Agile is an extension of the agile methodology tailored for larger and more complex projects, requiring multiple teams to work seamlessly together.
By implementing the Scaled Agile Framework, we can ensure cohesive collaboration and alignment across all levels of our organization, driving us towards our common goals.
Our participation in the facilitators course equips us with the expertise to guide our team in
adopting and implementing scaled agile practices. The newfound knowledge and skills will be instrumental in
