This document lists special cautions and reference information relating to the use of this tool. Please read this document carefully before downloading the program. By downloading the program, you agree to the terms of this document. Subject to your agreement to the terms of this agreement and applicable entitlement, Fujitsu Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Fujitsu") grants you the license of the software pursuant to this document. The contents of this note are subject to change without notice.
Important
The Custom HTAP Performance Benchmarking Tool (hereinafter referred to as "the Program") can be used to evaluate the FUJITSU Software Enterprise Postgres.
As the Program is used for evaluation purposes, Fujitsu does not guarantee any operations relating to the Program. Moreover, even if the Program proves to be defective, Fujitsu has no obligation to perform related modifications or other maintenance work. Fujitsu does not guarantee the results and deliverables generated by the Program. MOREOVER, FUJITSU DOES NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY NOR LIABILITY,
REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL BASIS, FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED, INCLUDING DAMAGES CAUSED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY TO A THIRD PARTY, AS A RESULT OF USING THE PROGRAM. Therefore, you may not make any claim against Fujitsu in
relation to such damages. You may not sublicense, market, sell, redistribute, rent, lease, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Program.
High Risk Activity
You acknowledge and agree that the Program is designed, developed and manufactured as contemplated for general use, including without limitation, general office use, personal use, household use, and ordinary industrial use, but is not designed, developed and manufactured as contemplated for use accompanying fatal risks or dangers that, unless extremely high safety is secured, could lead directly to death, personal injury, severe physical damage or other loss (hereinafter "High Safety Required Use"), including without limitation, nuclear reaction control in nuclear facilities, aircraft flight control, air traffic control, mass transport control, medical life support systems, and missile launch control in weapon systems. You shall not use the Program without securing the sufficient safety required for the High Safety Required Use. In addition, Fujitsu shall not be liable against you and/or any third party for any claims or damages arising in connection with the High Safety Required Use of the Program.
Export Restrictions
Exportation/release of this document may require necessary procedures in accordance with the regulations of your resident country and/or US export control laws.

You can get the manual from the same site to this Tool. If you copy this to your computer, do not change anything.

The operating systems shown below is required in order to use the Program.

3.2. Required Software
The software shown below is required in order to use the Program. For clarification purpose, you shall comply with the license terms specified by the licensors of each software instead of those as specified under this document.
